Is The Metropolitan pet-friendly?
Yes! We’re a pet-friendly rental community that allows both cats and dogs, we even have an on-site pet washing station! You can have 2 pets per apartment; 50 lbs. and under with a $300 non-refundable pet fee per pet. Dogs are subject to breed restrictions.
How do I pay my rent?
The Metropolitan offers a convenient on-the-go service with our Resident Portal that allows you to complete many requests online like rent payment and service requests. Additionally, checks can be delivered to the management office.
What kind of parking is available?
The Metropolitan offers convenient nearby parking accommodations.
What unit types or floor plans do you offer?
You’ll find studio, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom floor plans at The Metropolitain apartments in Philadelphia. Studio units offer up to 576 sq ft of space, 1-bedroom units range in size from 536 to 913 sq ft, 2-bedroom models are 1,030 to 1,313 sq ft, and 3-bedroom units are up to 2,756 sq ft.
Do you offer any specials or discounts?
The Metropolitan is happy to offer a Preferred Employers discount, including waived application fees and reduced security, if qualified, to employees of select Philadelphia businesses. We also occasionally have move-in specials, please contact our leasing office for more details.
Is there an on-site gym?
Metropolitan residents are entitled to a complimentary membership to MetroFit. It’s the largest residential fitness facility in the city and solely for residents of all Reinhold properties.
